Website information and policies

This page describes the current website implementation. Formal institutional policy approval and the applicable retention schedule are pending. It does not claim a compliance certificate.

Privacy and enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, institution, enquiry category, selected instrument and message, and optionally a phone number. The information is recorded for authorised SAIF staff to respond and manage enquiries. Enquiries are emailed to the assigned instrument contact and central SAIF mailbox; configured authorised copies may also be sent.

Do not submit sensitive personal, payment or confidential research information. Contact SAIF for questions about your information. An approved retention period and formal request procedure will be published after institutional review.

Cookies and external services

The public source does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Display and navigation-language choices are stored on this device only if you enable optional preference storage. Choose Remember preferences, Use without saving, or Choose preferences in the storage banner. You can change this choice using Storage preferences under Accessibility. Reset display choices with Reset display and language with English. Staff sign-in uses session and security cookies. A deployment cookie and hosting review remains necessary before final policy approval.

Use of facility information

Confirm availability, sample preparation, charges and payment arrangements with SAIF before sending samples or making payment. An enquiry is not an accepted booking. The approved brochure supplies sample-submission conditions.

Website ownership is identified as ICAR–IIHR. Contact the institute for permission or clarification about reusing its text, logo or photographs. Third-party software and font licences remain applicable. This page grants no general permission to reuse institutional material.
