Specifications
Shimadzu Nexis GC-2030 gas chromatograph coupled with a Shimadzu TQ 8040 NX mass spectrometer. Electron ionisation is available; the brochure lists a mass range of 20–2,000 amu.
Sample requirements
Prepare according to a published method for the compound group. Confirm headspace or liquid injection requirements before dispatch.
Limitations & suitability
The sample must be suitable for gas chromatography. Agree the extraction method and headspace or liquid-injection approach with SAIF before submission.
