Highlights of importance and applications of instruments | All physico-chemical parameters of food, feed, soil, pharma and similar samples can be tested in non-destructive mode, in liquid, solid or pulp forms. This is provided that a minimum number of calibrated spectra (> 50) are available for each type of sample, the values of which are obtained from traditional wet-lab analysis. This instrument can be used to obtain FT-NIR spectra to quantify parameters, as also for quality assurance of samples. |
